My dear niece Willemijn just turned 15. This picture was taken when we visited my brother in Amsterdam in October 2010.
Another Day, Another Blog
Hi, Everybody —
The Smoke Rise Boys (a band that's popular in certain parts of Marietta, GA) have long shared their photos on their eponymous website (http://smokeriseboys.com). Unfortunately, experience has shown that the photos on the site don't look all that good on an iPad, and so we're experimenting with this blog as an alternative delivery mechanism. A nice feature of a blog is that it lets me add more explanatory text than you get with a typical web album — and it's nice that you can double-click (or finger-tap) most photos to see them in their high-resolution glory.
